HOW I CAN INCREASE MY FITNESS?



Health is Wealth. Many diseases can be prevented if certain golden rules are adopted to maintain human health. Just as caution is required to maintain the efficiency of everything, so too are certain principles for maintaining human health. By adopting these principles of health, we can further improve our fitness.

GET UP EARLY IN THE MORNING.

The best rule of health is to get up early in the morning. Getting up early in the morning is very beneficial for human health and it has many benefits. In the morning, all the organs of our body are full of energy and calm. From the brain to all the bones of the body, every single organ is capable of doing any work with all its might.

MORNING WALK.

Morning walk is very important for human body. It is important to choose a place where there is trees, green grass etc. You startwalking slowly at this point and inhale with full force so that a large amount of oxygen enters your lungs. Doing this will open your lungs and they will get fresh air. This way the fresh air you get will enter your whole body and make your brain, heart, lungs healthy and strong.

BAREFOOTED.


It has been observed that people use joggers in parks etc. in the morning but very important information related to health is that if you walk barefoot on green grass it is more beneficial for your health. Because doing so calms your mind and the biggest benefit is that your eyesight is never weak. Another major benefit of this is that your body releases unnecessary heat. In addition, this process keeps blood pressure normal. If anyone has any doubt, let him do it for a few days and then observe it for himself. Surely he will come to the same conclusion as I have stated.

BRUSHING TEETH.


Brush your teeth daily without fail because 70% of diseases are caused by not brushing our teeth.

EAT APPLES.


Be sure to eat an apple after a morning walk or exercise because apples contain a lot of oxygen and are also very good for heart disease. One of the benefits of apples is that they make you feel hungrier.

EXCESSIVE WATER CONSUMPTION.


Use more water after exercising so that the sweat that comes out of your body along with the salts is also eliminated by using water.

TAKE A SHOWER RIGHT AWAY.


Never take a shower immediately after exercising or taking a walk in the morning as this can cause all your limbs to become paralyzed or your body to become hot and cold.

USE THE WASHROOM AFTER EXERCISING.


Whenever you take a morning walk or exercise, go to the washroom first and let your body relax.

BREAKFAST.


Breakfast is a very important meal - it can either make or break your day. This gives your body full energy so that you can do the day’s affairs in the best way.

LUNCH.


For lunch, use light foods that are digestible. If you use a cucumber, a beetroot, a date, a peach and a mint in the afternoon, it is very beneficial for you. If appropriate, lie down for a while and rest. This will also relieve you of the fatigue of the whole day and you will be better prepared to work again.

DINNER.


Eat food at night as soon as the sun sets. This way the food will be digested by night and you will not feel any weight on your stomach. Take a walk after dinner.

GO TO BED EARLY AT NIGHT۔


Get into the habit of going to bed early at night and not staying up late for any reason.

AVOID UNNECESSARY TASKS.

  1. Don't use fried foods.
  2. Avoid using mobile phones, watching TV, etc. while eating
  3. Sleep late.
  4. Getting up late in the morning.
  5. Sitting on your feet for a long time.
  6. Eating nails with teeth.
  7. Use a high pillow.
