Consideration.
Consideration means to prepare every message with the receiver in mind. Try to put yourself in place of your receiver. The receiver is the most important person in the communication process. The more consideration the writer gives to the reader, the greater is the chance of positive response.
Correctness.
Correctness means the accuracy of contents, form, language and expression.
Use the right level of language. There are three levels of language. Formal, Informal, Substandard.

Maintaining an acceptable writing machine means correct spellings, grammar and punctuation marks. Inability to write accurately distorts the image of the writer as well as the company.

To conclude the observance of 7 C's does not mean that a writer has a include them one by one in his message.Effective communication should be a clear reflection of all these principles.
